The balcony cannot be opened from the outside as a form of "security" measure to prevent your neighbour from climbing in. But smokers on that balcony may get trapped there if the balcony is locked behind you. Especially if you are staying on higher levels, nobody will be able to hear your shouts at such heights. So trapped guests may start panicking and start doing strange things like attempting to climb over to the next balconies etc.... and the rest is up to your imagination now. I saw him standing alone and looking so sad. He was staring to a funeral at the middle of the block. When i pass by there, it was him in the picture who died. She never really recover for a few months - and now after 5 years she has recurring nightmares ! To think that your nightmare is still there when you wake up is the most horrible experience ! I only have two goldfish there and surely they were not that thirsty to drink all those water. It escalated to some foul smell like rotten dead rat. My parents don't want to come to my place after one visit. They said it felt heavy in my house. It is a 3 room flat and i was living alone. I tried to sublet one room but after 3 month, my tenants left. One of the lady tenant sent me message after few weeks that she saw black shadowy figure in the kitchen. She was hesitant to tell that to me but she wanted me to be safe. Some more tenants rented in but no one can stay long. One of the tenant always get sick. Last year i decided to sell the flat.
