There is no evidence of Ghosts giving us the gift of "HIV" or taking virginity of youngsters. By the way most ghost encounters are from "guests" , we can't talk to them via PM. A ghostly behaviour, ghosts themselves may be posting here. So scary. I will begin with the one closest to home - First World Hotel in Genting. 3 years ago I took advantage of a really cheap promo rate and went to Genting for a night. The day before I left Singapore I had bought a new Canon DSLR camera. After checking into the hotel room I took the camera out of the bag and put it on the next bed (twin room) with the lens cover still on the lens. In the evening I went to use the bathroom before going out for dinner and while I was in the bathroom I heard the camera go off with that click noise that DSLRs make when they take pictures. I came out and looked at the camera on the bed and it was still off, so I just brushed it aside and went down for dinner. Few hours later after I came back I decided to take the camera down to the lobby. When going through the pictures on the SD card, there were 2 additional pictures on the card that I didn't take, both completely black (lens cover still on the lens). I only heard the camera go off once in the room, so I guess maybe the second one happened while I was out. I don't know how I lasted the whole night there but I somehow did. I have occasionally wondered what sort of thing would I have seen on the pictures if the lens cover was off... Needless to say I have not been back to Genting since. Thankfully, I was with my bf, who is known for his calmness and spirituality. It was really nothing outrightly scary, in retrospect. One of us had left a map on our bed minutes before stepping out of the hotel. When we got dressed we realised the map was missing. It couldn't have been blown or swept away because we both remember placing the map SMACK in the middle of our queen-sized bed. I freaked out but my bf said out loudly to the room: "This is our room for the time being and you should not take our things. When we come back, please make sure the map is back on our bed." We left the hotel, had dinner and true enough, when we got back, the bloody map was there. Separately, my sister, who travels a lot in her job, told me her encounter... She was about to check out of her New Delhi hotel room that morning. She took a hot shower, which fogged up the mirror. When she drew open her shower curtain, she was confronted with what was finger-scribbled on the fogged mirror: The words "Help Me". And beneath those words was a kiddish caricature of a boy. My sister freaked out (freaking out runs in the family as you may notice) and rushed through her packing. As she was packing, the lights in the room kept flickering and my sis said out loudly "I'm leaving already, I'm leaving already!"... It didn't help calm my sister that some ten seconds after her verbal plea, the lights indeed stopped flickering. As soon as my sis was done with her packing, she bolted out of the door with her luggage and ran for the elevator , as if she were a guided missile. Funny and so brave, your bf!!! I was told many desperate case hoping to make it rich in the casino with little capital but eventually lost everything resort to committing suicide inside the room. As this is a norm with any casino, the management has allocated a piece of land further in the valley to have all this unclaimed body buried without ceremonial. Guest Neh Neh
This is my scary encounter. In sometime 2012 Friday night around 3am, it was a quiet night and there was not many cars / taxi on the road. I was driving home from my fb place near Harborfront. I remember I was driving on Kampung Bahru rd alone, then from a far I saw an all white figure standing at the bus stop near the edge. Instint told me it was something... I began to feel shiver down my spine. My hair stood up immediately. I was quite freaked out. Then without realising I began to slow down. As my car approaching it, I had a better vision of it. The "it" was in a 60s kind of retro white skirt and dress. A Long black hair on her back. It was so weird that it kept staring the road opposite side of the bus stop. It was sort of relief that it didn't notice me. There was no other way I can u turn. It was a one way road. I began to chant the Buddhist prayer... Nam mo oh mi to for... Nam mo oh mi to for... Nam mo oh mi to for... at the same time I tried my best to pretend that I did not see it. I speed up. my head slightly downward to avoid any contact with it. And I chant faster faster nam mo oh mi tou for... voow... I drove pass it. And finally... I felt like a survival from something. I could not resist and wanted to make sure I totally had shaked it off. I took a glance to my rear mirror. I saw it turned... She was an auntie. Nam mo oh mi tou for... Please do not wear full white dress at midnight! It scare people to hell.

suckmegood
mine was quite recent. earlier this year. I usually knock before entering the hotel room... superstitious I guess. but in my recent short trip to Tokyo, I sort of forgot about it as I was alone, carrying all my luggages. stayed 3 nights and each time I returned, I didn't knock. on my last night when I'm packing up, I couldn't find a very precious ring that I usually remove at night and place next to my bed. I flipped my bedding and stuff but just couldn't locate it. I was near my tears and almost giving up, and just as I took my stuff and keys out the next morning to check out, that ring miraculously appeared on the table! I remembered distinctly that I placed it next to my bed! gosh. please remember to to knock and say "excuse me, I'm coming in."

It could be that the spiritual aspect of Buddhism like the transitions to other lives and the karma that plays a role in this reincarnation are in reality natural processes of physics and biology that we have not discovered at this time, laws of nature that are impersonal, consistent, permanent. In contrast, the "super-natural" is not bound by any laws of nature, it is free to be... whatever we want it to be, a pure speculation where the sky is the limit (not anymore). This is why we have so many different religions, with different stories, different dogmas, all the products of fantasies. On 13/1/2016 at 11:20 AM, Glyph said: Even if we fear the same thing, the cause of it may differ. To say that disbelief is the best way to curb with the fear of the supernatural... I would say that only applies to those who fear based on hearsay. What of those who experienced it first-hand? IMO, the "best" way out of this is to believe in something else. Be it rationalising your fear through Science, or believing in an entity that is greater than it which offers you protection. Heck, I used to think about all those things underneath my bed (I still do) when I'm trying to get to sleep but all I need is my holy armour: a blanket, and I'd fall asleep like a baby. Our minds are powerful, so much so that all we have to do is to believe. I don't think this works for the fear of bad grades though. I luv some of your insights, I hope the world can read them Since u r here

Most of it never happened, including the part where all the crosses on the bedroom wall turned upside down by themselves. Nobody actually witnessed any serious paranormal activity in the Enfield haunting. In fact, Ed and Lorraine Warren never witnessed any paranormal activity at all. They only interviewed the girls and asked if they were willing to sell their story to public. The photograph which supposedly showed the girl levitating looked more like her bouncing on the bed. A lot of researchers believed that it was a hoax. In fact, at one point, even the girls themselves admitted that they faked some of the paranormal activity. Guest Rainy Talker
If any of you are being troubled by evil spirits, I highly recommend this: Tiger Eye Sphere. Tiger Eye is a type of quartz that is known for its mystical properties. It was used by the ancient Egyptians and Romans, and is said to be a divine stone. It is believed to contain the energy of the sun (yang energy, in the traditional Chinese context). Amongst other things, it repels any curses, Evil Eye, bad intentions and evil spirits, without absorbing any of it. It also can act as a balancing and healing stone, both for the body and the mind. And best of all, displaying it on your office table can protect you from bad colleagues and politiking, because some of you have mentioned that your colleagues are more terrifying than any evil spirits You can Google it to learn more, or click the link below. If you are interested in obtaining it, you can purchase it online at this store that is based in Malaysia. http://www.fengshuibestbuy.com/SL10073-crystalsphere.html I have ordered from them many times. They have excellent customer service.

TheVisitors
There is nothing to be afraid Last year, as a birthday for myself, a friend of mine conjured a very powerful dark entity. It possessed his body and it spoke to me through him, using an old English ( like Shakespeares') and it was not easy to comprehend what he was speaking at first,. For when he spoke, he reminded you of some arrogant Mafia king After repeated chanting to a certain conjuring invocation dedicated to this Being ( yes, blood was involved ,plus sigils) , the moment it took over his body, the moment my friend's eyes all turned black, I was pushed back by a powerful force, two feet away while sitting on a chair, just in front of my friend, i then knew they were real, and I maybe in deep shit This Being left Paradise with Lucifer and the rest, when they were dissatisfied with the new rules made by the Creator. They were not cast out as conventionally taught and believed. They left out of their own free will It is a He. This entity even knows all my darkest secret, that I have never told anyone before in my life The conjuring started at 12am, After a 25 mins interesting conversation with him, it ended very near 3am. When you deal with them You are placed into another dimension, in another time frame Yes , i learned some of the secrets of the dark side, but I am not going to say too much One thing for sure, these high entities do not waste their time possessing humans, it is done by much lower end ones, for they have better things to do No, I am not afraid of these dark forces, because even though it involves signing a contract, you are in control of your own life and destiny

Your supposition would be more plausible if your trance happened suddenly, without any artificial inducement, and even then, it could be some lose screw in your mind. You are so cute you know. I really wonder how your pea size brain could think that - a person's eyes that suddenly turned both all black in a flick of a second - artificial inducement was used to deceive ourselves, an estimated 25 mins conversation , was exaggerated to be 3 hrs long, when its was proven by all time gadgets it was 3 hours duration - that a sudden force that pushed me backwards out from nowhere by 2 feet, when his eyes were opened and darkened were all theatrical tricks You know something? Having a pea size brain, is so much more scarier than experiencing paranormal activities And i hope, you are not American
