For reservoir normally got less people, it is good place to enjoy naked jog. you can try hide your clothes in the playground and walk around at the back.

For Tugu usually got a lot of people after 7, sometime people will have fun at the abandon house if it is still early.  but because it is too open so it is not a good place to naked unless very night like 11 or 12.

so if you like naked go reservoir, or go Tugu if you are looking for people to have fun.
