Due to few reasons: 1)Night clubs and Snooker Centre operates till late so basically whole mall is accessible nearly 24 hours. 2) Toilets are well hidden and some with plenty of peeping holes and clear reflection on the floor whe. Wet. Downsides are 1)Traffic jam and difficult to find parking around. 2) Toilets are too well hidden and without sign and directions. Also Atria toilet has aircond and its quite cooling. Not to mention their doors are all the way to the ground and the top part is connected very high up. Less risk of people filming!
