Taiwan - Massage / Sauna / Places To Visit (Compiled)

came back from taipei 2 weeks ago and gosh, i am missing it already. can't wait to go back there again soon. hope there will be promo fares soon

some review:

accommodation - thanks to sphere. i managed to booked a room via airbnb since its my fault to look at accommodation so last min. still a good price i paid. its avg $70/night at ximending which is reasonable and cheaper than ECFA when i stayed there last oct. because of the room location, i literally had yong he dou jiang for breakfast everyday and of course put on much weight...

......... i found that there are alot of personal massage studios within ximending area and those masseurs look exactly the same as they are in the jack'd profile. and their prices are lower than royal spa ranging from NTD1200 for a 60 mins to NTD1900 for a 90 mins session and of course no tips needed.

will definitely want to be back there again. any travel buddies?

Well, you got yourself to praise as I simply pointed you to "airbnb" and you did the rest yourself!    :thumb:

Yes, their easycard (悠游卡) for transportation is worth getting it. If you think you are likely to frequent there, just keep it and use for your next visit and top-up whenever the value is low.

Looks like you had quite a number of wonderful time at the Royal Spa, eh? Haha. Based on your personal opinion on Alan, Dickies and Karl, who would you rate as your "personal favourite"?

Hmm, do you mean you also tried those private massage studios around the area also? How was it?

Happy - is what we should be, always.

You must be 30 years behind time.

Remind me of Bai Xian Yong's NieZi.

I think outdoor cruising is so outdated as technology picks up.

The Taiwanese are IT savvy....so get on the Grindr/Jack'd apps..

After many previous trips to XMD, I decided to visit 228 because of its historical significance. It was a Monday afternoon. Hahah, couldn't resist checking out its shady significance too, so went into one of the facilites. Very straight-looking guy in mid 20's, stylish goatee and leather jacket, average build -- taking his time displaying his flaming red hard-on.  I followed him to another place on the other side, where we went into a cubicle. and, well..***....!

Cool! Where did you met him? As in which facility?

Just back from Taipei last night but feel like going again next week.

Stayed at TS Hotel's (Big) room. Price about SGD80 per night with breakfast.

Clean room and clean toilet, just 2 mins away from XI Meng station (Exit 1) and only 1 min walk to 紅樓.

Counter staff are friendly and helpful.

Visited Royal Spa. Choose Lin.

Lin is a caring, playful and witty.

Comes with smooth and 6 packs body,

Had a *HOT* 120 mins session with him and he was so surprise and happy when I reward him a tip.

Will definitely goes back to Taipei again.

You could look at my first trip there (itinerary is found here) and do a mix and match?

Not a fantastic itinerary to begin with, haha.

NET is all over Taipei? Never heard of it before. Can share more info pls?

it's right next to the red building in ximending. practically every district in taipei has a NET store, actually. But you can go to Zhongxiao Dunhua as it seems to have all popular brands such as uniqlo, zara, NET, giordano, etc.

It's true that wufenpu is mostly for ladies but sometimes i do get lucky and find something good for me there. however, since not so many stores sell clothes for men, most clothes are not on sale. a little pricey for non-branded clothes but style is unique

If you are going to Taiwan, consider visiting their 兔儿庙 or Gay Rabbit Temple.
