Guest Flawless
I am not talking about you working in the celebrity business where your make-up has to be as thick as mud. I am referring to those who lightly patch your face to conceal your flaws, scars, or pores. I know my friend did some touch up on his patchy eyebrows with light mascara black pen so that they look consistent.
Guest guest bb
I use laneige bb for homme. Very good product. Improved my complexion instantly yet didn't give me the make up look. It's very popular bb cream for man. I trim my eye brows too to give my eye a more define look. gayboysgx

Guest Guest
Not in the tropics where the makeup will melt and feel sticky on your face.In places with very cold temperatures your face will feel very dry and expose to the elements and having a layer of foundation or bb cream on it actually protect the skin and it also won't melt and run off your face. Singapore is not a place for makeup.

Well said, guest . Singapore is an unsuitable place for using products develop for a cool , dry temperate weather, even Japanese formulated products struggle to perform in our hot and humid and sticky weather. Yet , we are all taken in by slick marketing of Big name cosmetic companies athat keep launching and pushing new products that have dubious performance in our shores, We have our own traditional products that our grandmas used that are suited for our weather . jaylen
The problem with bb cream and concealer is that it is very difficult to find the right shade and colour to match skin tone. So if you can find one that suits u, u better stock up LOL. I use the Acnes BB cream (Can only be found in Taiwan or Korea) and the concealor from Niks Maple (Ridiculous range of colours) for many skin types. Both are good for breakouts too. Guest guest bb
I bought my laneige bb cream from qoo19http://www.qoo10.sg/gmkt.inc/Mobile/Goods/Goods.aspx?goodscode=410615904If your skin is fair go for bb for bright skin.If ur skin is tan chose bb for dark skin.Don't apply too much. The trick is pat it on. First by squeezing a pea size cream on your finger tips. Then spread them on both hand but on the finger part. Then pat in on ur face. The result will be better than spread direct on face.Another tip is apply half an hour before u leave home. The cream will oxidized a bit n give a better n natural color on ur face. Don't ever buy bb cream created for women as ur will end up look like ghost or geisha. This laneige bb cream for homme was best after I tried at least 10 products on the market that was created for women. Many are expensive cosmetic brands. End up I used it once then give it to my sister. Wasted lots of money.

roflparadox
I use a BB cream to cover the occasional pimple! I use it more as a concealer, have not tried applying it all over my face as a foundation before. Other than that, I am *thinking* of experimenting with a dark brown eyebrow pencil to get darker brows..
Traveler3032
I started to use L'Oreal men expert BB cream in the morning. I like it. It's not noticeable and makes your skin looks clean and a bit more youthful. It works in the tropical weather. Not too expensive at $29 in the local pharmacy. jaylen
Yes BB cream and other forms of tinted moisturisers or sunscreen can come off as the day progresses. And much as many of us don't want to admit, it is a form of cosmetics. But more importantly is that using such products require proper removal at the end of the day else it may cause problems like breakouts if a person gets lazy. So if you don't want to believe it's makeup, then just at least ensure you remove it using some good removers. Personally the double cleansing method works very well for me. Traveler3032
This is the one I mentioned & recommend above:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Loreal-LOreal-Men-Expert-BB-MEN-Moisturizing-Gel-Instant-skin-fixer-/121488006877 I am a visitor from a cooler region. Here, I cannot use moisturizers after morning shower because of sweat.Somehow I happened to see this in a pharmacy (don't remember which one, either the Guardian or Watson's) and gave it a try.It turns out that it is not creamy at all and the effect is not noticeable to others but noticeable to me. The best of all, it doesn't have the perfume type of smell, unlike products made for women.
Guest Guest
Will never wear bb cream or foundation in Singapore. It look nice indoor if applied correctly but once out in the daylight outdoor everyone will know you are on makeup. It smudge and feel sticky too. And when your face become oily or you wipe your face with tissue It leave a residue on the tissue paper. The public here are not very keen to see grown men wearing makeup on their face. Traveler3032
^ Well, it is called "men expert" for a reason. Like I said, it is not creamy at all. Once you apply it on your face, it is absorbed right away so you don't have to deal with the side effect later.
Guest Guest
Agree, women's are a waste of money. Worst are the shiny whitening ones and the ones with glitter. I have dermatitis spots that need touch up. Blemish cover sticks are good for heavy coverage but can be more easily seen, especially under some energy saving lamps. Where to buy LaNeige Homme? I knew about it years ago but couldn't find, gave up. The best has been Faceshop Homme (brown squeeze bottle) but now discontinued. It was sweat resistant, light manly fragrance, good as fixing layer over which I could use a tiny bit of women's so as not to waste. OK for a night of clubbing and walking around outdoors. Lucky for me, just before Faceshop pulled it off the shelves, they had a 2 for 1 offer and I bought 6. Don't think their new unisex stuff is as good. Any advice about darkening or thickening eyebrows without looking feminine?

suckmegood
I finished my last bottle of miracle water recently after 2 years of loyal regime. it's actually not too bad. but it's quite expensive. it supples the skin texture and allow it to look fresher. but I heard from some that their face got bad outbreaks after using. not suitable for all skin types. i had just switched out to Hada Labo recently. similar outcome but at a fraction of the cost. but... it's just similar. not the same. If not for the price, I probably wouldn't switch.
