How does the guy cruise in that park? I stay around the area and cycle at the park usually don't see any action. Any over there now?

recently the park got dark again and after 11pm there will be some ppl trying their luck at the shelter but the number of ppl and timing dont overlap. by the time i reach usually only have 1 or none. Hope can watch the guy having fun there.
