The park can still be busy at that time with many people doin their after dinner walks, be it weekdays or weekends. 
 

I do however see cruisers when I cycle past the park at 10ish pm.

I have only noticed this recently, but that some guys like to sit or walk around the dark corners of the park alone around midnight. Are they cruising or are they basking in darkness?
