xydboy
For vegetarians usually they tend to lack certain nutrients. Hence what was recommended was to look at the complementary proteins. Lots of fact sheets from this site: https://www.vegsoc.org/protein# Veggieguy 1 Quote Follow me at http://instagram.com/ytraymond =)

I didn't ask much about it, but she used to compete as a national athlete. Vegetarian and the causative effects on metabolism has not been established. I believe you have been under-eating if you get hungry easily. You might need to review your diet or consult a dietician or nutritionist. Moreover if you exercise or do vigorous workout, you might need to take more calories and to review on some nutritional demands based on the activity you are doing. I can eat lots or say big portion of mixed rice. But, I tend to go for portion that is enough to get full. Yeah, I am doing workout, badminton and running at the moment. Currently, I aim for carbo for lunch, fruity and light meal for dinner. Not sure if enough. Perhaps, I might have to change my dinner meal. xydboy
I would recommend you to take sufficient amount of carbs and protein sources after your workout. Taking eggs and milk would be a good source. Lots of study have been done using milk and it has been shown that it is useful in terms of aiding recovery. On top of that, I would then like to ask a question back to you: which is more important to consider: a meal of 10 eggs or daily consumption of fast food? Which brings you closer to your grave? Think about it...should we nit pick what we eat or consider the overall dietary pattern? Although i never try just eat that many eggs before...

betty21
Let's choose edamame. It is very useful for your workout. You may not know that one of the most surprising benefits of edamame might be related to its positive effects on the muscles. This property has the root from its richness of proteins and amino acids. Protein-rich foods are often considered as valuable addition to those who want to build more lean muscle. In addition, amino acids in edamame can help you overcome muscle pain caused by exercise quickly. This conclusion is confirmed by many health articles. You can see details at https://wikihomenutrition.com/edamame-health-benefits I used to consume edamame when I was a new gymer.
