Twice
1) Constantly checking himself out after each set. Will flex and make those "Zi Lian" expression. Please do it privately and admire yourself all you want. 2) Those who slam the weights down heavily. If you can lift so heavy, I don't see why you can't put it down properly. It's damn annoying to constantly feel the loud "bong bong" sound. 3) Taking forever to finish their set. If you wanna use phone, pls go somewhere else. averageguy and AsiaDreamer 1

anxiousfriedtofu
1. Never reracking plates or dumbbells. Even worse are those left on the floor below the rack. 2. Checking teeth (for food stuck?!) in any other mirror other than those in the washroom. Yes, that piece of salad you ate for lunch, I see it! 3. Those walking around with invincible lat syndrome and basically hogging the entire corridor. 4. Those group of friends that laugh way too loud. Like distracting in the middle of my set loud. 5. Hogging 3 sets of dumbbells for your HIIT routine. Sorry, I think you gotta save your dumbbell HIIT routine for home gyms if you require multiple weights. 6. Curling, shrugging or rowing within 1-2 feet from the dumbbell rack. The rack is a come-and-go place. Do not obstruct! Undead78
One more to the list - blatantly occupying an entire bench in the lockers with their items all spread out when there are others around who needed a spot. eminent82, anxiousfriedtofu and YameteKudasai

Dirtyme
just me, i really cannot with people who come up to me and go "bro how many more sets?" its not a gympod, maybe use another machine around first? i'm sure i don't look like a machine hoarder unlike your gymbros who do 1 set and sit there for the rest of eternity.🤭
Magicerife
moaning, grunting, groaning loudly as they lift. i get how it may psych you up momentarily to get through a tough moment, but dont need to be that loud for everyone within proximity to hear right? unless you're lifting an extraordinary heavy set, otherwise you don't need the attention la. strategicthrust
All my gym pet peeves were alr mentioned, so I wanna share something nice. I find it such a sweet gesture when I share a machine with someone else and they remember the weight I used and set the machine back for me before letting me have my next set. And so I do the same back for them too. It's little things like this that make gymming more enjoyable. anxiousfriedtofu, radiusulnar and bluerunner

Yes, definitely agree with you on this, I always do so regardless the other party reciprocate or not. Personally, I feel that this is basic courtesy when sharing machine with others.
