Progressed to L holds and straddled hold. Core is still weak so need to have more practice. The group gathers on Wednesday evening at Toa Payoh Stadium for bodyweight exercises (a lot of push-ups and burpees) and on Sunday morning for dragonboat training. The trainings on Wednesday are free (you just need to show up and join the exercises). You can also follow their Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVCrIuVhxkIxurJtf15M_sg). The trainings were challenging for me, but I felt that I improved a lot going through their trainings over the past few months. I enjoyed my training with them.
