Don't feel like working out? Just actually start and see how you feel. Chances are, you feel better than expected. Don't force yourself to do a prescribed amount of work. Instead, treat it as a goal and adjust accordingly. Small steps, daily: consistency. Don't fuss too much over the small details in your regime and diet.
