wah according to their FB page, they are going to close the cold pool again on Sep 17 for upgrade (lucky only one day). Hopefully after this "upgrade", they don't make the temperature of the cold pool even lower than their previous upgrade. Personally, I felt that the cold pool was too chilling for me from my last visit🥶

 

And then why can't they also "upgrade" their steam room to lower the temperature to make it more enjoyable 😜

I have been contemplating. Should I spend money to go sauna or just chill at FF? I could be casually naked in the sauna but I will be conscious at FF. I could gym at FF but there’s nothing much to do at sauna. Dilemma

You can try ~ spend 20 bucks(team for a one for one member Monday to Thursday 7-11pm) to learn new environment and soak in different pools and use their sauna and steam room and gain some experiences (provided you don't spend on their food)
