An Update:

                                      

i am now at the Onsen & inside the Men’s Bath... bad news. The Management decided to remove the circular clock opposite the coldWaterBath. Now there’s no way to tell how long you’ve been using the hotspring

Hmm.. there is a monitor screen above one of the benches (opp Jet pool & Sakura pool) where they display marketing info on the onsen and onsen tips). Usually there is a timer that shows the time (small text at the bottom)..

Well, it could be that the clock is not functioning, so they removed it.

Thx for the 2 observations. Btw i wish 1 of the pools can be set at a Lower-Heated-Temperature coz the Sakura-Onsen was too 🔥 hot for me... would be nice to have one which is not so hot for beginners.
