By standing at the vanity counter, it could be seen through the toilet below. So it is actually not safe to cruise there. Also, the cubicles are too small. So, I probably assumed that only light work can be done at the urinal bowl area but still, it is so peak with peoples around. Physically, it is not a good cruising spots!
