I tried it before. It is tough but doable. It lost about 15kg from it by doing it for 2 months on top of running( I was 90kg back then), but I didn't stick to the schedule thingy because I was using it for free. Only had access to aphrodite and the other 2 workout. Did mainly aphrodite because I wanted to loose weight and gain some strenght/muscle. But it is really harsh on my knees tho.
