Only "slightly more painful". More or less comparable I guess. Those who think it is painful don't even have a PA, and have unfounded fear. I never regret getting a PA. It enhances my sex life so much.

That is very true. I am glad I had my PA done and enjoy the look of it every time I’m in the nude.

Yes, your cock is alluring.

Is there any Whatsapp or LINE group for PA?

PA piercing is not very painful. It is just slightly more painful than ear piercing. Healing is quite fast too. There are places to do it in Singapore.

Well, the number of people with PA's would grow if JLam said where the ''do it'' places in Singapore are? If I am not wrong, I think at least one person was interested in knowing.

So far, in Spore, I have only seen one other person sporting a PA.

Saw him in a sauna and he was wearing a very small ring. Maybe a gauge 10 and diameter 12mm? It was not noticeable until the guy grabbed the ring and lifted his penis.

And smiled. :)

I mentioned it a few pages back. I had my PA done at EZ Tattoo (not Primitive Arts) at Far East Plaza 4 years ago. As far as I know, they are still doing it, because a friend just had his PA done there a few weeks ago.

Some words of advice about EZ Tattoo: The piercer at EZ Tattoo only has 12g circular barbell. If you want to start with 10g, I suggest buying a 10g one online and bring it to him. I don't recommend you to start with 8g. Circular barbell is great for healing, as it does not take as much space as captive bead ring. It is also easier to change. For first timers, I suggest going for circular barbell instead of captive bead ring. However, if you want to start with captive bead ring, get one online and bring it to the piercer. Get one with a diameter of 19mm or 22mm. 16mm may be too small and not good for healing.

Similar to earrings, PA jewelry comes in many shapes and sizes too. Maybe he happened to wear a small one on that day? Sometimes I wear a small ring for my cock head to feel more of the metal. Other times, I may wear a large ring (16-19mm). I also switch between captive bead ring, curved barbell and circular barbells. Have not tried a PA wand yet, but I'm interested to try.

Thanks for info.  I did hear that someone in Far East Plaza was doing it but that it was no longer offered. Hopefully my info is wrong.

Hmmm.. getting jewellery on-line and bringing it to the piercer might not be a good idea. Any jewellery on a fresh wound should be completely sterile i.e. vacuum packed sealed after disinfection or is autoclaved. On-line jewellery, after healing, is fine and the way to go, actually - jewellery at piercers/tattoo'ists are way more expensive.

A lot depends on a persons anatomy (distance between the exit wound and the urethra opening, in this case) - too big a diameter is also not good as accidental movement of the jewellery can cause friction against the healing wound. I think i eliminated the diameter problem by selecting a horseshoe ring as my first piercing, 8 gauge and maybe 19mm. I chose a horseshoe as I thought that if I changed my mind, I could easily remove the ring and the hole would close up.

The one that is not doing PA anymore is Primitive Arts. EZ Tattoo has been doing PA for many years.

What you refer to as horseshoe ring is commonly called circular barbell, which is what the piercer offers. If you want 8g, you will need to bring it to the piercer. As I mentioned, their store only has 12g circular barbell. The piercer will sterilise your jewelry before putting it on of course. So, there is no worry about that.

However, I don't recommend starting with 8g. Start with 12g or 10g (12g is more recommended) to get used to it first and it is easier to heal. In a few months, you can switch to 8g.

Whether it is circular barbell, curved barbell or captive bead ring, it is all easy to remove.

Let me know if you need other advices. I have PA for 4 years now.

I m not a fan of dick piercings.

I m not judging on people, I could and state some input on the reasons, but I don't want to.

My reasons against or the background of my disliking:

a) Met a guy with a dick piercing and first had this metal taste when tasting his tool

b) afterwards I noted that my lip was bleeding. The strength of the piercing was too much for my lips to endure.

c) For bottoms the piercing might cause a condom to burst. Wouldn't be an issue to me, as I m not a btm, but just to point out to others.

for those who are aroused: Go ahead...

You know PA ring can be easily removed like earring right? It's not something affixed to a cock. It takes less than 5s to remove. If either party doesn't like to have sex with PA ring, remove it. If both parties like it, leave it on. It actually gives the top a lot of pleasure.

Just got my PA, still healing, loving it. 12G 16mm diameter 6mm bead ♥️

Congrats Gene.

For info for the other people who are thinking of getting it done, where did you get it done please?

Btw, from the angle of the pic, 16mm looks a bit tight on you. Perhaps a 19mm would be a better fit? But you know best since you are wearing it.

Thanks buddy. EZ Tatt Far East. No problem with 16mm coz I have a long slit for pee hole LOL. 18mm-22mm diameter rings with smaller gauge are on their way *wink*

The moment he push in i can feel the rings hit my anal wall gland this when the top guy make me take a deep sniff of his poppers and his sweaty jockstrap he fuck my like a bitch he spank  and talk dirty. I even auto cum few times but he keep on pounding with all sort of position. When he about to cum he ramp my ass very deep till i can fell my ass gland after few deep banging he squirt like he have not jerkoff for one month. First JO in three weeks after getting my PA. PHENOMENAL. Sliding the captive bead into the pee hole like a sperm stopper and poppers contributed greatly to the climax.

Congrats from a PA fellow. I have got PA for four years and never regret it. It makes jerking and sex phenomenal like you say.

You can upsize in a few months. 12G is quite small and larger gauge will make you feel even better. Unfortunately, it is not easy to get PA rings in SG, so I often buy online. Be careful when buying though. Some are of low quality and the ball falls off easily.

I also agree that 16mm seems very tight on you. 19 mm or 21 mm will be better for healing. Small ring can hurt the piercing spot. Try circular barbell too, it's better for healing in my opinion.

Thanks for the advice JLam, I think it's pretty much healed and I don't feel particularly uncomfortable with the current jewellery. Having said that I've already ordered 10GA, 9GA and 8GA rings with 18mm, 19mm and 22mm diameter respectively online, on their way to me :) Wearing boxers while out and about is sensational — the part of the ring outside would be constantly pushed by my thighs or boxer as I walk, directly stimulating the urethra wall, making my cock semi hard constantly. Just a short trip to dabao lunch today had me leaking precum when I got home.

I understand. Even after many years, my PA still makes me hard when I'm outside.

Regarding the size, I meant to suggest getting 12G 19mm (or 22mm) and wear it for a few months. Even after the piercing hole is healed, it may get torn if the ring is too tight. I suggest keeping it's 12G for at least 2-3 months.

Just get 10G, 8G and so on. Don't bother with the odd numbers.

Since you just had the piercing a few weeks ago, I guess you have not removed the ring since then? The first time you remove the ring, it may be difficult to put it back (not to mention if you want to put a higher gauge ring). I suggest trying circular barbell because it is much easier to put on. Over the years, I get many different jewelleries for my PA. Each of them offers a different look and feel. No need to stick to captive bead ring.

Yes, second the not bothering with the odd numbers - very little difference going one size down. Additional suggestion to a circular barbell is a screwball ring. An added advantage to the screwball ring is that with some places, one can place an order for an extra large ball which then adds to the weight and we know what the added weight does, right? :) Actually, with some places one can vary the size of the balls with circular barbells but then we are talking about customising which usually equates to additional cost.

I was too anxious to upsize. Got pierced at 8g and wanted to upsize to 6g a month later. Bad decision, the upsizing was very painful, even more painful that the actual piercing. From then on, never went back to the piercer, did all upsizing myself and took it slow. My jewellery of choice now is a screwball ring, 10mm 2g. Its snug. When I need movement, I switch to a 4g 15mm diameter 14mm ball. :)

I have been doing all the upsizing on my own. No need to go back to the piercer because the PA hole tends to stretch. But I normally wait at least 3 months (much longer after 6g) for each upsize.

You don't need to get customization for circular barbells. There are many online stores selling the balls at different sizes. The threaded parts are the same, so they all can fit into the circular barbells.

Definitely agree that added weight is awesome.

Just did my PA piercing.

Any tips on how to stop the bleeding and after care?

Feels like im bleeding a little too much, getting light headed and exhausted

Firstly, congrats on getting your PA.

Bleeding:-

I do know that one should stay off stuff like aspirin, alcohol and coffee. I did not have issues with mine so cant comment more - suggest that you see a doctor?  Please take the suggestion seriously, especially if you are getting light headed.

After care:-

1) I find that soaking really helped. Put some clean kitchen salt (quarter of a tea spoon) diluted in warm water into a cup, put your didi into the cup and soak the piercing for about 3 to 5 minutes.  There might be an initial mild sting. If the sting is strong, the solution is too concentrated, reduce the salt or add more warm water.  Make sure the salt and the warm water is as sterile as possible. Some people use contact lens saline solution to soak with but I think kitchen salt works just as well. Not for fresh piercings (less than a week old), and where possible, rotate the ring gently so that the salt water solution gets into every part of the wound. Rotating will also help dislodge any blood that has clotted around the wound. Soak twice a day, more if you like.

2) Whenever you pee, try to divert some of the pee onto the wound. Pee, as it comes out of the body is sterile and will help clean the wound.

3) When showering, use gentle antibacterial soap (work up a lot of suds) to gently wash the piercing and surrounding area. I emphasize gentle soap - do not use harsh or strong soaps. No issues with either liquid or solid soap.

Hope this helps.

Yea, the major bleeding stopped, probably because it was the first night.

Now it's just minor bleeding here and there. Have been washing it with saline water from phamancy.

Waiting for that 2-3 weeks mark before any action, hahah!

How long does it take to enlarge to the next bigger ga? 1 month or few months?

Kinda hard to say as peoples skin stretch at different rates.

I was going to say to wait till the jewellery moves freely but with the smaller ga's, since there is not much weight to the jewellery, there is hardly any forcible stretching. I made the mistake of going from 8ga to 6ga within a month - went back the piercer to get it done and the stretch was painful even though he used a stretching tool. After the 6ga, I think I went to 2ga and 0ga relatively fast, maybe 4 months each? Both the 2ga and 0ga were fantasy gauges I think - I don't wear them anymore as they are much too heavy and it gets uncomfortable after a few hours wear.

So, maybe enlarge when there is some movement e.g. the current jewellery can be rotated easily? If possible, soak in a warm bath for a while - this will relax the skin. Apply oil (cooking oil is ok as long as it does not contain salt).  I find that baby oil is too thin. Normally people use a tapering tool. If you dont have one, you can consider using a chopstick - make sure there are no splinters. Sand the chopstick down after you taper one to suit. Remember, patience is number 1 - if it does not work, dont force, try again some other time. If it does not work, remember to put the old jewellery back. With 14ga and 12 ga or maybe even 10ga, the hole can almost close overnight - you will have a very hard time trying to put your old jewellery back if you leave it out for too long.

Good to hear that the major bleeding has stopped.

If you are getting minor bleeding, that means that the jewellery is moving and opening up the wound.  To dampen down on the movement, in your undies, pad either your whole didi or the area of the piercing against your body with a folded paper or face towel. I find that soft and thick paper towels are good - you can just throw away any that get spotted with blood and replace with a fresh one, anywhere, anytime.  Pharmacy saline water is relatively low concentration.  You might want to add a bit of salt. Warm the solution in the microwave but do check how hot it is before you use it - that small amount will get very hot very fast. 3 to 5 minute soaks are much better if you are just doing washes.

Good to know that have decided to waiting. I did a test drive about 24 hours after and ... it started bleeding again!!. Idiot piercer said I could so don't believe everything the piercer tells you!  But yes, it will be fantastic!

Wait for at least 6 months before going to 4ga. There is a certain extent your skin can stretch.  For upper gauge, it is still easy for the skin to stretch but as it gets larger, it is harder to stretch.

Is there any jewelry that increase sentitivity when masturbating / sex?

And what about fleshlight / vibrator?

I thinking of using a magic wand attachment like this, not sure will it be more pleasurable or same.

Hitachi Magic Wand Attachment - Massage - Buy Online in Brunei at Desertcart

The pleasure comes from the sliding of the jewellry, so the one in your pic would give you the same pleasure, whether you have PA or not. Any PA jewellry would make you feel good, but I suggest you experience different types to see which one makes you will the best (I have a few types at each gauge).

I recommend fleshjack instead of fleshlight (same company). Fleshjack is designed to have the tightness of a guy's ass, while fleshlight is designed to resemble a pussy. Of course, a guy's tight ass is more appealing to me.

Other than that, if you are into wearing a cage, I recommend it too. My PA ring rubs on the inner side of the cage quite often, making me feel good while not allowing me to get hard or cum. After a week or so, when I remove my cage, the orgasm is explosive. I'm not into master and slave play, but I still like to wear a cage because it makes me feel good. Choose a plastic cage, as I found metal cage makes a lot of noise when colliding with PA ring (unless you wear a plastic PA ring). People may raise an eyebrow when hearing metal sound as you walk past.

Choose a plastic cage, as I found metal cage makes a lot of noise when colliding with PA ring (unless you wear a plastic PA ring). People may raise an eyebrow when hearing metal sound as you walk past.

Hmmm cage sounds interesting, maybe I will give it a try.

Right now there is no bleeding but just a bit of soreness when the jewelery is pressed at a certain angle.

Soreness means that the wound has not completely healed - its like when you get a cut and the wound covers over but then the sides are still a bit inflamed and therefore sore.  Continue with the salt soaks. It will be ok to increase the sale concentration a bit more now that there is no open wound. Remember to gently try and remove any crusts that form around the jewellery. Early days but in the future, you might get a small piece of dead skin whiten and form around the jewellery and it will peel or fall off naturally.

Cage? I think E-stim would be far more interesting 😈

Yup, giving it another week or so before putting it to work

Right now masturbation is fine but just a bit tight and need to be careful not to move the piercing too much

Are you wearing captive bead ring or circular barbell? I find circular barbell is better for recovery because you won't feel the soreness at any angle. Captive bead ring, especially those with large diameter, may cause some discomfort to the piercing spot. Also, during the healing process, if you have captive bead ring, don't wear tight brief or boxer brief. The ring may be pushed to a bad position and irritate the piercing spot. Go commando or wear boxers instead. If you wear circular barbell then any underwear should be fine. After it heals, you can wear any underwear though.
