Wasn't the basic mistake not made by the CEO??? If he can't keep his act together (or hands tight) why is it the mistake of the Pinoy guy? If younger staff had been Singaporean, think fellow Singaporeans would be more “tolerant”, less critical ... We don’t know the full story. We should not assume that EK should bear 100% of the blame.
