iwannac
A little background: I'm still in my mid 20s, about 172cm/5'7", and weigh about 55kgs. I go to the gym about 3 times a week, at least, now to attend body pump classes, but I do try to exercise at least 6 days a week (usually jogging to build my calves or the gym when its not "rush hour timing"). I don't inhibit whatever I eat but I do make the conscious effort of eating more protein and veges, and less carbs on normal days. I dont track my calories but I make sure I'm not hungry. Its already painfully exhausting doing that cause I eat about 5 times a day at least, out of hunger. In terms of supplements, I currently only take whey protein after my workouts. I always had the issue of weight (or rather, muscle) gain. Fat distribution in my body also sucks. Its all always at my front torso region (chest and belly) (MY PROFILE PICTURE IS A LIE). I might lift (relatively) heavier in comparison with majority of the other members of the class, but I still look like matchsticks compared to them. Now, dont get me wrong, I do see some changes. Slowly but surely, but it does still get on my nerves when I look in the mirror. My limbs look as if they're literally just bones and muscles. That'll be GREAT if I'm jacked up but right now, I just look thin and frail all the damn time. Then, I found out about creatine yesterday in a post here in bw. I'm just kinda wondering whether is it worth it for someone like me to invest in it? I know its basically just water retention in the muscles that allows me to lift heavier and stuff, but I guess I'd just like to know if there is anyone else who is in the same (or similar) situation as me who took creatine and saw results? Of course, I don't expect this to be a magical shortcut to all my problems, but I wanna know whether would it be worth my investment in it? Money is also tight for me atm so every penny counts! That's pretty much it. Thank you!

There are respondersa dn non-responders for creatine. jdu 1 Quote Follow me at http://instagram.com/ytraymond =)
