LCQ is a loser., after the $5 incident she rcd from the 'No. 2' ,she was dropped by the station to attend that year's Star award programme, later year when the station wanted to 'pon' her and wanted to nominate her as candidate for 'best new comer' category, she jumped ship to join rival station, only after 3 years later when the 'rival station' sold back to the Main station, she was dumped by her previous employer for punishing her of being 'unfaithful'.......she has been on with a former star sreach 'hunk'winner for many years already still not tieing the knot, may be '$ no enough'. With that 'bugs bunny teeth set' she is a 'nowhere girl'!

VILNIUS (Reuters) - The Austrian national rugby team tried to get over their 48-0 defeat by Lithuania by staging a mass striptease in the capital Vilnius late on Saturday, only to find they had been caught on video and put on the Internet.

The video, put out by a blogger on social community website Virb (http:/www.virb.com/justafa/blog/701053) and then taken up by the Lithuanian news portal Delfi, showed a group of 20 men singing and stripping off their clothes on a street in central Vilnius, while people in a nearby bar clapped and cheered.

"Yes, these were the men we played against on Saturday ... I guess the defeat could have prompted them to do that," Lithuanian rugby federation President Aleksandras Makarenka told Reuters.

Delfi quoted the Vilnius police chief as saying stripping in public could be considered an act of hooliganism -- but by then the Austrian team had gone home.

Not Bad...

We should get our National Teams to do that when they get a EGG-0 Trashing by other teams in many of our sports competitions...

Maybe it would provide our national teams with the incentive to fight harder... at least score something rather than to end their game with ZERO score against other team's trashing...

idea...

Cloud's husband is notoriously bi-sexual wat! He was messing around with "South Star" (neh, the one who allegedly slept in bus stops cos wife so fierce). Incidentally South Star kena pow by some indo tai tai, no taste.

That said, Cloud's husband is very nice in person, although I heard that he is physically abusive towards poor Cloud.

Malaysia to deploy dubious task force in crime fight

Posted: 30 July 2009 1534 hrs

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's plan to deploy personnel from a notorious volunteer task force to help enforce a crackdown on crime triggered criticism on Thursday from human rights campaigners.

The New Straits Times said the home ministry had enlisted 254 members from the Civil Defence Department and RELA, a 553,000-strong citizen corps that has been accused of serious rights abuses.

The report described the personnel as the "cream of the crop" and said they were undergoing a two-week training programme before being assigned to crime hot spots next month.

However, rights groups said that RELA officers were unsuited to the task and called for the closure of the unit which has been accused of violence and extortion, particularly against suspected illegal migrants.

"They shouldn't be given enforcement power because they are volunteers – they are not trained, and have no background in law or how to handle criminals," said Temme Lee from leading rights watchdog Suaram.

"We have made it clear from the beginning that RELA should be disbanded and the use of RELA corps with barely any training in law and enforcement will lead to more rights abuses," she told AFP.

Amnesty International Malaysia also spoke out against the plan.

"Why don't we hire more police instead? We should stop this temporary measure," said its Malaysia executive director Nora Murat.

The US-based Human Rights Watch has accused RELA of harassing and abusing foreigners and said it was responsible for numerous cases of illegal detention.

Prime Minister Najib Razak this week announced a plan to cut crime by 20 per cent, as part of a raft of populist measures.

Spiralling street crime, including violent muggings, is a major concern for Malaysians, according to opinion polls.

RELA's uniformed volunteers have legal immunity and are allowed to arrest individuals, as well as enter and search any premises without a warrant.

The force was established in 1972 under the Home Affairs Ministry to help maintain public order. Its name is an acronym for People's Volunteer Corps in the Malay language.

Are they fighting poison with poison? or is this one way to kill many many birds with just one stone... legal terror ... that's what it can become... do they discriminate between Chinese and Malay? or any Chinese members in there??

How about us 'tourists' do we have to chop something on our forehead tell them we are not to be harassed??

Any cute guys in there? hahaha... are they servicable??

Baloo, that's Malaysia for both you and I. With the rising crime rate, and presumably, rising criminal population due to the recession, there's not nearly enough officers to effectively lower the crime rate. And their immediate solution is to activate RELA, the MY version of Mao's Red Army? Hahhahaha! <------That's my cynical laughters! :)

And the article below is supposed to instill confidence onto the public that the new RELA will be the superfit and superslick crime-busters ala Robocop? Not in a million years, it won't!

That said, they don't usually go after Singaporeans...mostly just illegal immigrants...lots of abuses and rapes going on in there...and they're pretty well-reported in the news over the years. And for the love of God, why would anyone wanna even think of 'servicing' them? ;)

Police reject fat Rela personnel

By ALLISON LAI

MALACCA: Police have rejected more than two-thirds of the 500 personnel offered by Rela to assist in crime prevention after most were found to be overweight and unfit to undergo police voluntary reserve training.

Rela director-general Datuk Zaidon Asmuni said that only 142 of the 500 chosen to undergo the two-week training stint were accepted while the rest were rejected because of their poor fitness level.

“The 500 Rela members were screened based on strict criteria similar to those used for recruiting policemen.

“Besides those who were overweight, the others were rejected because of poor overall presentation and grooming,” he told reporters after closing the 10-day Southern Region Rela Training Course in Sungai Udang yesterday.

He said those who passed the screening would have to undergo a two-week training in Kuala Lumpur to equip them with basic knowledge on detention and arrests, human rights and criminal procedures.

Rela was sending its personnel to the police reserve in line with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s target to reduce street crime by 20% in the next 14 months under the national Key Result Areas.

“I believe it is a good thing that more personnel are stationed in community areas, especially at the 50 crime hotspots identified nationwide.

“Their presence would help provide a sense of security to the public.”

Zaidon said Rela has 580,000 members nationwide and has set a target of having 2.5 million members by 2012.

He said Rela has training centres located in Malacca, Terengganu, Kedah and Sabah.

Another one is being planned for Sarawak.

I dunno... make me think of how the Wong Fei Hong legend is born... from the 'ming tuan' (citizens group)

one super skilled CHIEF trainer from RELA or should it be RELAC (might be better??) and he keeps making the news fighting crime all over the country ... all the Shek Kin characters strung up and 'raped' and 'beaten' by the RELAC forces....

And now gonna train them in 'police tactics' including firearms? so they will be the armed militia.. soon crime will be reduced to only one type - and can not be easily eradicated... like Osama... train him to fight... once he turns on you... he knows everything, and maybe everyone...

Just wanna highlight this recent article on Fridae:

Counterfeit sex drugs: 11 deaths and 24 coma cases

by Sylvia Tan

Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority recorded a total of 302 adverse reaction reports including 11 deaths and 24 coma cases associated with the use of counterfeit erectile dysfunction drugs and other illegal aphrodisiac products in the country in 2008 and 2009.

Ray (not his real name) was until recently an engineer working in Singapore. He had lost his job not because he had fallen victim to the economic crisis but because he was no longer able to perform his job after the brain damage he had suffered after consuming counterfeit Cialis. Like Viagra (sildenafil) and Levitra (vardenafil), Cialis (tadalafil) is a prescription drug used to treat genuine erectile dysfunction. Studies have found that such drugs are being increasingly being used by gay men who do not have erectile dysfunction, and often with recreational party drugs.

The 30-year-old gay man slipped into a coma and was hospitalised in a high dependency unit for almost a month due to complications he had suffered due to a severe drop in blood sugar levels. The counterfeit drug was found to contain dangerous levels of glibenclamide, a powerful prescription drug used to treat diabetes.

In a separate case, 26-year-old Brandon Boh and his German partner Rene Daniels, 45, were both found unconscious and foaming at the mouth by a friend in separate rooms in the latter’s flat in Singapore. The older man survived but Boh died - 16 days later after he was found - of pneumonia and swelling in the brain. According to the Singapore Straits Times, a coroner's court in July heard that the pair is believed to have taken counterfeit erectile dysfunction drugs. Glibenclamide, which is also known as glyburide, was found in Boh’s body.

The two are not isolated cases. A well-connected Singaporean gay man Fridae spoke to says he knows of six gay men being adversely affected by such drugs in 2009 alone although he declined to reveal personal details about the individuals.

Genuine or fake? Counterfeit drugs can be hard to distinguish from the genuine.

Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority (HSA) reported on its web site that they have recorded a total of ten deaths (excluding the case mentioned above) associated with the use of illegal aphrodisiac products and 24 coma cases in 2008 and 2009.

HSA told Fridae in an email interview that it had received a total of 302 adverse reaction reports associated with the use of illegal aphrodisiac products from February 2008 to June this year. Of these 302 reports, 76 were confirmed cases while 226 were suspected cases (the patients did not admit to taking of any such products).

Hong Kong’s The Standard newspaper on May 20 last year reported two deaths and 51 cases in connection with the consumption of unregistered impotency drugs; and that similar cases have been reported in Japan.

Researcher Shih Ling Kao from Singapore’s National University Hospital wrote in the February 12, 2009 edition of the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) that a total of 150 non-diabetic patients with severe hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) were admitted to the five public hospitals in Singapore between Jan 1 and May 26 last year. All the patients except one were men, and they ranged in age from 19 to 97. Seven patients remained comatose as a result of prolonged neuroglycopenia (shortage of glucose in the brain), and four subsequently died.

When consumed by healthy, non-diabetic patients in high doses, glibenclamide causes severe lowering of blood sugar which can lead to serious adverse effects such as seizures, coma and worsening of existing medical conditions in susceptible patients. The symptoms of low blood sugar or hypoglycemia may include shakiness, palpitations, nervousness, sweating, sleepiness, hunger, dizziness, confusion and/or having difficulty speaking.

HSA says it has recorded cases of patients who have become permanently immobile, uncommunicative, and had to be put on tube feeding.

“Some of these patients were admitted to hospitals in a comatose state and passed away without gaining consciousness. Those who came out of coma suffered permanent neurological impairment such as requiring tube feeding, or lose their ability to communicate. The pain and suffering experienced by the patients and their families are really not worth any short-term effects that people think they can get from consuming these products." Said Ms Chan Cheng Leng, Director of HSA' Pharmacovigilance Branch.

Fake Viagra, top left, and fake Cialis, bottom left display beside the real tablets, center during a news conference after a 2006 counterfeit drug bust in Hong Kong.

The counterfeit or unapproved drugs were at one point so easily available in Geylang - Singapore’s best known red light district which is also popular for its eateries – that even street side diners were offered the pills for several dollars apiece.

A check with several clinics in Singapore revealed that a pack of four Viagra or Cialis tablets costs an average of S$80 not including consultation fees. (As all three erectile dysfunction drugs are prescription-only medicines, a consultation with a doctor is necessary.)

Roy Tan, a healthcare professional in Singapore, recounted that his former boyfriend became dizzy and went into a daze for several days after consuming what is believed to have been a counterfeit ED drug offered by a friend.

“Even though he managed to turn up for work, his colleagues told him that he was in a daze for a few days and he, himself, could not recall what he did during that period.”

While some counterfeit drugs may be packaged identically and at times almost indistinguishable to be passed off as the real thing, the fake drugs are more often than not made under poor manufacturing conditions with no proper quality controls or professional oversight.

HSA has since February 2008 seized 650,000 units, amounting to more than S$1.6 million (US$1.15 million) of illegal products in more than 40 major enforcement operations targeted at illegal sexual enhancement products.

Examples of illegal health products touted for sexual enhancement

Other than counterfeit drugs such as Cialis and Viagra, other illegal products HSA has flagged include Power 1 Walnut, Santi Niubian - also known as Santi Bovine Penis Erecting Capsule - and Zhonghua Niubian, some which have been found to contain up to six times the recommended dose of glibenclamide used to treat diabetic patients.

Researchers and the authorities cannot be sure if the presence of glibenclamide in the counterfeit drugs is deliberate or due to accidental contamination. Shih and his co-researchers have speculated in the same NEJM cited above that “simultaneous contamination of several brands of drugs is consistent with a common manufacturing source” given that the drug packaging contained names of fictitious overseas factories which cannot be traced.

Tan who is medically trained suggested that if the addition of glibenclamide is deliberate, the counterfeiters might have intended for the drug to lower the consumer’s blood sugar level as it would cause one’s adrenal glands to secrete more adrenaline.

“This makes your heart pump faster and harder. The increased blood pressure forces more blood into one's penis and gives a harder erection.”

He however warned: “But they are playing with fire, since the patient may go into hypoglycaemic (lower than normal level of blood glucose) coma and develop brain damage.”

Key advice for consumers (Source: Health Sciences Authority, Singapore)

- DO seek professional medical advice for medical conditions

- DO report suspicious sales of illegal medicines to HSA [Enforcement Branch at Tel: 68663485] or your local police or health agency.

- DON'T buy and/or consume medicines from dubious sources, including the internet and peddlers

- DON'T gamble with your health.

Symptoms of hypoglycemia

Shakiness, palpitations, nervousness, sweating, sleepiness, hunger, dizziness, confusion and/or having difficulty speaking.

How can hypoglycemia be treated?

The acute management of hypoglycemia involves the rapid delivery of a source of easily absorbed sugar. Regular soda, juice, lifesavers, table sugar, and the like are good options. In general, 15 grams of glucose is the dose that is given, followed by an assessment of symptoms and a blood glucose check if possible. If after 10 minutes there is no improvement, another 10-15 grams should be given. This can be repeated up to three times. At that point, the patient should be considered as not responding to the therapy and an ambulance should be called. The equivalency of 10-15 grams of glucose (approximate servings) are: Four lifesavers, 4 teaspoons of sugar or 1/2 can of regular soda or juice. Read more on medicinenet.com.

Today chinese newspaper reported that police conducted raid on kovan hotel 81 and fragrance hotel on thursday "April fool day". They are searching for prositutes. Some pimps were also caught. These two hotels located next to upper serangoon shopping centre are popular with gays and couples too. Many like to book their rooms to have sex there. Imagine the police knock on the doors and found two guys inside instead of prostitutes. Luckily i never book any of their rooms recently although they are one of my favourite place for sex. Kovan has became another geylang where pimps and prostitutes loitered at the back alley of the hotels.

"Just Be careful" for those who booked rooms for fun in hotel 81 kovan and fragrance hotel.

Is to be ok two guy in the room. we book it and use it in side the room. noting wrong.

you are absolutely right , if two guys are found in the room to be ok and legal, but if the police claimed to be acting on a tip off from citizen's public complanint that they saw two guys having sex in the room through a window that the curtain is not close or not covered properly that some one outside the room can see what is going on inside then section 377a comes in to the picture.

There are no laws to protect privacy in Singaspore.

You cannot plead invasion of privacy in Singapore because it is deemed definition of pricvacy is always too vague.

So if you doing anything in the room just make sure only you two knows and only you two can hear , not even the cleaning lady should hear or find used cum filled condoms in the room later .

It can be used as evidence in the courts , if ever the two was ever caught.

Imagine a raid originally started as a controlled drugs raid but because officers found the used condom it may be pursued as section 377a , please dispose of used condoms down the toilet bowl altho NEA may not recommend it, tee hee.

19 suspects arrested in two sting operations; clients now being traced

TodayOnline 05:55 AM Apr 07, 2010

SINGAPORE - At one of the websites, which touts itself as Singapore's sex social network, surfers are greeted by Ling, a full-figured Chinese girl with red-dyed permed hair and clad in a bikini. If you want to "book" her, the post says, send a text message to the number provided and you will get a confirmation SMS including the rates and location - usually a budget hotel.

Intense street competition is seeing the world's oldest profession move to cyberspace, and local law enforcers are hot on the perpetrators' trail with at least two sting operations over the past week.

Last Tuesday, acting on "a tip-off", the police cracked down on a syndicate that was using the Internet to sell sex. Seven people - two local men and five Mongolian women - were arrested in the joint operation by the Criminal Investigation Department, Central Narcotics Bureau and Police Intelligence Department.

Cash totalling about $7,000 was seized, along with seven mobile phones, two laptops, several memory storage devices, documents and 40 pxxnographic DVDs.

Police are now tracing the suspects' clients to help with the probe, but MediaCorp understands that customers are not likely to be prosecuted - though other abettors won't be let off lightly.

"We take a serious view of such syndicate members who conduct their illicit businesses over the Internet," said Superintendent of Police Goh Lam Kiong, assistant director of the specialised crime division.

"For hotel operators who are found to have knowingly allowed the syndicates to operate in their premises, we will also take them to task."

Another sting over the weekend saw 12 female Chinese nationals arrested at two budget hotels in Kovan. They too had been plying their trade online.

Despite such clampdowns, e-pimps advertise blatantly on social network websites. On one website, which openly welcomes pimps among its users, men swop information on and review "illegal freelance" prostitutes, many of whom appear to be mainland Chinese or Filipino women. The explicit details include rates and freebies.

In another section on the site, a pimp shows off his goods: Thai girls. A hyperlink takes you to his own website, and potential customers are advised to call a mobile number to book a girl. They are even promised breakfast from 10.30am to noon, and a $10 discount if they bring a friend.

Apart from the obvious pimps, are forums that host such postings - as well as forum users who recommend prostitutes - falling afoul of the law?

According to criminal lawyer Sunil Sudheesan, senior legal associate at KhattarWong, those who help or instigate others on such websites and forums to procure the services of a prostitutes, could be nabbed for abetting the sale or hiring of women for prostitution.

"Ultimately, it depends on how the details are traded," said Mr Sudheesan. "It stands to reason that these forums aid in the procurement of women for prostitution."

Bad publicity for the hotel81 and Fragrance Hourly Hotel.

I am not too duly worried about using the hourly rate hotels but of course avoid the hot-spots of Kovan in the next few months.

I do NOT see the article mentioning any gay men arrested other than the pimps and the girls.

However some precaution is always good : Always latch the hotel-room door after you go into your room.

No, he meant turn the latch to make sure it cannot be opened from the outside.

It happened to me once in Bangkok. I picked up a thai from the disco. We were drunk yet horny. He was doing me over the sofa. We didn't hear the door open. But halfway when I looked at the mirror, there was this equally drunk japanese uncle right behind us and watching the free show. I was close to cumming and so was he. I simply cannot stop and started to spray my juices all over the floor.

He simply collapsed over me and the japanese uncle with his mouth wide open, quietly withdrew out the door.

Actually I didn't know the uncle was japanese until I bumped into him at the lift and he greeted me konichiwa...when he realised I was not japanese, he said "last night was very goodth". Right beside him was his thai prostitute. Yeah this was a cheap hotel.

"How much your customer paying to you?"

I thought he was asking the prostitute for her price because I was looking at her. Then I realised he was looking at me!! The lift was on the way down so they must have finished their sex and she was already paid. Seeing me a 2nd time, he thought I was doing good business here. In his str8 mind, the one getting screwed of course get paid.

Call me over imaginative or whatever, I sensed that he might be interested if the price was right so I told him 1000B. He nodded.

Never met him after that. The thai prostitute was probably cheaper than 1000B. A japanese in a cheap hotel is probably too poor. But poor or otherwise, he was still very neat and really not bad looking. Now that I think about this again, he was definitely interested otherwise he wouldn't be there quietly watching. But then that also meant he had seen everything of my body inside out. Errr...a well fxxked hole was sloppy and dripping with lub is not exactly enticing

yes, some japanese can swing both ways. when i was in japan, some straight japanese can bunk in with you just to sleep over. Of cause u cannot fxxk him but if u r lucky he will fxxx u for free. otherwise, they don't might let u do some cuddling n sleep. Some stay very far away from work place so don't mind u touching him here or there just to get a free nite stay. Usually they will disappear the next day n u will never see them again.

so far the only ones i've seen with security were the ones at kovan, and they are not to keep out gays. they are to keep out streetwalkers, i.e. prostitutes.

maybe the ones at balestier also have, but i did not notice them.

Dun worry boys, they're not there to keep you out. They're there to protect their customers and their business. They're on your side. And the prostitutes' side. Otherwise how many people need a 2 hour room to justify so many hotels??

My friend works at one of the 81s, and she says that so long as the management doesn't receive complaints of noises or suspect illegal activity like chem or prostitution, they don't really care.

It depends. The law require them to register all guests. Some kiasu ones insist on watching and catching guests who try to sneak in without registering by joining someone who already registered.

Only on a few occasions do they knock on the door and insist I register. I heard from some of them that when they heard of police raids nearby then they are more kiasu.

Then the worse is when kena police drug/prostitution/illegal immigrant raid coming to check room. Then we in middle of sex have to clean up, so very late to open the door. They start to suspect and rush into room to check the toilet and asking why we take so long to open. We say sleeping but of course they bang so loud everywhere, we cannot still be sleeping. Lagi worse is 2 men in one room maybe dealing in drugs. So kena want to bring back to police station for urine test.

Luckily they check my fb's bag and found lub and condoms. Some more the lub got pic of a muscular naked Japanese. Die lah pecah lobang that we are gays. Then they laugh and relax and say maybe the lub got drug inside. Ask us who got use this to show them is really lub. My fb quickly point to me.
