I'm trying to gain some muscles but in order to do that I need to gain some weight first which is extremely challenging because no matter what I eat I don't seem to gain any weight. xydboy Posted January 3, 2017 Report Share Posted January 3, 2017 Do a food log for 3 days, track your macronutrients that you consume over these 3 days and see if it hits your daily energy intake. I would believe it doesn't. By the way, you can gain muscles by heading to the gym and eating a lot more. It doesn't magically appear by just putting weight from food intake.
