Make time. If you really want it, you will make time for it. 

 

That aside. Diet will help more than the exercises you do in terms of losing body fat. Stick to clean unprocessed food. Eat more fruits and vege instead of biscuits, rice, noodles. Reduce white bread, white rice, anything white... eat more meat and veges....
