Anyone tried Benjamin massage at Pasir Ris?

I went to Mature Hands @ Bedok. The place is conducive for massage with a large bed. He wears a mask and scans your temperature. First I noticed his nails are done and colored, not that I'm against it. But when he started to massage my back, his nails was a bit sharp and I felt slight pain. At one point he was pressing my back with just one hand. The pressure is there. But at certain point I thought it was bare minimum! When I turned over, there was barely a massage. Just touching and rubbing haha. Oh well, glad I only got 1 hour of massage at 60 SGD. You really do get what you pay for! So won't go back haha

Location is slightly further in than Dave but it's still walkable and quiet neighbourhood. I tried a few months back so there was no massage bed, i'm not sure about now. He doesn't live live alone so there is chances you might bump into people too.

 

There will also explain why no shower which he did tried to remove with powder instead. I would say skill else is average, not bad but also not good. I don't do very well without a massage bed too because of the placement of the head. =( Strength is there.

 

In term of cleanliness, I just abit more particular, i could see dirt and dust and abit of musty smell so i was abit concerned. but not itch, probably abit rash as i'm allergy to dust.

 

There isn't much ambience, music was played. Light was on all the time. Pricing is affordable.

So I managed to book UX, Booking experience was ok and yes, they do asked more questions than others, I was also asked about my stats. Not sure if it's because of strength or what. I gave anyway.

 

Location is in the North, Yes nearest to the thomson line but because it's only 3 stops, the waiting time is a killer so plan or grab haha.

 

Upon arrival, You still need to scan a QR code and put in particulars which i'm also not comfortable cause too much info. You guys might want to reduce, the purpose of us going home-base is privacy so yeah. You already have our contact so you want to do tracking, do it manually on your side.

 

I usher into the master bedroom and that's where you will showered. Robes were given, it does remind me of a certain spa hahah. Shower was ok. there is hot water so great. Then i was usher into another room for massage which i think it's nearest to the corindor. 

 

The reason why i gave a higher points for ambience was because they tried to automat some stuffs, getting google or Chrome to welcome, on air con, play music and wall lighting but honestly speaking, as a consumer for me, it doesn't add points. I look out for simple things that makes massage enjoyable.

 

The skill else was not too bad. I enjoyed. strength and stroke was on point.

No secret need fear to be exposed; I charge a $10 extra for clients above 90kg. This is not about discrimination or penalization; but it does take more energy and oil to massage a XXL client. In the very least an XXL does not feel rejected for his size which for some is genetic and no fault of their own. At the end of the day, every person exercise his own freedom to pay for the price charged by various masseurs here which ranges from $50-$100 per hour.

Yes Jason now provides Holistic Massage, I have previously reviewed his sport massage and have since when a few times because it's really good just that it's really painful too and usually i need to prep myself but that's the nature of sport massage. targetted point to soothe the muscles and aches.

 

I was happy to see that He decided to do holistic massage hence i booked to try. As usual, he will asked if there is any area to focus. After i have mentioned, shower and got onto the massage bed.

 

Started with stretching and then oil. It's definitely less painful and more enjoyable but as a sport massuer, once he spot a tense area, he will work abit on it to lossen it. I managed to dose off abit which is great. Technique as usual is great. deep tissue and long stroke.

 

So you don't sport, be sure to try the holistic but as my rating, He is on the high side in pricing but if you are someone going for quality and don't do massage often. You can consider. 😃

So i'm not sure if i have reviewed this because the moderator did remove some posts of mine as it created some argument but that's fine. I chanced upon it when i was at the area so decided to try it out because they have some promo.

 

Overall feel of it was not too bad. Because of covid, we do have to check in and gave particular. The only thing i was abit uncomfortable was my details remain on the ipad when i was usher into the room which means others might see. Yeah.

 

The room itself looks abit outdated, light was already dim but could see that it's old. I required to shower first, hence walked past the hallway and when i return, i did bump into a client too but we were both wearing mask so i guess that's ok.

 

Music was abit too loud for me but i don't think they can adjust it as it will affect the other room. Masseur did check in on strength and coldness. Technique else was comfortable so is strength. I was looking for a relaxing massage so it's cool. Will not be my choice if i need to fix the shoulder or back.

 

The promo included scrub, it was an interesting experience. warm scrub so it's quite nice.

 

Overall it's ok especially with the promotion but i do feel it's time for some updates on the decor but given the time and situation we are in, i guess they will wait it out.

Tried Alvin some time back but forgot to review it. Location is about 15-20min walk from MRT. if you drive, no issue. Ample parking. 

 

As usual, one of the room is dedicated to massage and in his room, you do see abit more stuffs because he does more than massage. 

 

I opt to have a quick shower and realise the interesting toilet where he combined his toilet together. The shower are not very big, there is shower curtain but that was also my down point. the curtain was abit mouldy. hopefully he has changed. 😃

 

Skill and technique, i would say above average, He could find my pain points and act upon it. So it really helps. Strength was good for me, more firm as needed to fix my issue. Stretching was involved and i love a good stretch as i workout 5 times yeah.

 

There isn't much ambience ambience, it was ok. And pricing else, i think he belong to the main range for home-based.

 

Yup. nothing much to fuss about, can give it a try if it's near you. Please read his thread or ask him for location. I will not reveal if the massuer didn't state for whatsoever reason.

Once again, I'm receiving alot of does massuer provide this or extra or what not.

 

I would like to re-emphasise that most of the time i go for massage are for these reasons:

 

1. I workout 5-6 times a week and my muscles and body gets sore and tights. Besides doing stretching myself. I found massage helps alot. Hence, i have my regulars that i go too. usually still last min. No fix.

 

2. Since i started this blog/review for myself and many of you likes reading it to get a "sense". I provide my utmost honest opinion but in a way that will not "destroy" someone's career. As mentioned, whatever reviews i post here are solely my experience and there are no means "the standard' provided. Another man's trash is someone's treasure.  We are unique and hence we will have our preferences.

 

3. I will not reveal anything on this thread about extra/happy ending or what as that's not my priority when i look for massage and whatever you are asking is such a personal thing, it's something between the massuer and you. If i tell you yes and when you go, you don't get it, are you going to blame me? Or if i tell you no, And end up you get it. You know that's why there is no point in mentioning anything about this. i don't want to spend my money on these things, if it comes, ok..if no, it's fine. I don't want to create a expectation or a demand on the massuer. it will be unfair to them too.

@Loverofmassageis right becoz i used to feel guilty in 2020 everytime i went for a massage, & end up sleeping, only to find out IT AIN'T BECOZ OF INSOMNIA but becoz i've been hitting the gym without resting my tired muscles... so pls do urself a favour & choose a Masseur who can "Untie ur Knots"... & not a Hunky Masseur who can untie ur undergarment, lol

So I figured, whether the thread is about how good of masseurs are at untying muscle knots or any other knots.. there will be ppl who are just after the endings..

So i managed to book despite trying for a few times, my bad cause I last minute.

 

Abt 10-15mins walk from train station. Home is very clean and tidy at least from what i can see. Toilet is in the room. 

Massage bed was quite comfortable.

 

In term of skills, i think the strength is good for me but the lacking part is i do feel how he pressed on the left did not really duplicate to the right thought it's almost the same. I don't know if you guys know what i mean. But he managed to untie some knots which was great.

 

I dozed off with the music and it was dim enough for me. on the front body massage. could have be more detail. i feel la. 

Ended almost on time preferred abit earlier but i'm ok.

 

Yes! I do see what time my massage starts and end.

I'm not sure how was your experience booking but let's just say it was not easy because as a first timer or new customer, there are many restriction to follow through. After going through the trouble of booking, at least to me, I'm not sure if it's worth the wait. (Pls don't stone me).

 

Without revealing the location, let's just say it's interesting in a good way. shower room is big and airy. which is nice. Clothes can be hang in there. 

 

I was usher to the massage bed, massage begun. Skills and techniques are above average i would say but too many questions asked that makes massage abit uncomfortable and awkward. So i would prefer not be question..haha

 

Overall it was not bad but for the trouble of booking, i really don't know if i would go back. For those who are regulars, you have priority and of course but first timer and irregular. abit hard...

4. Troy - Sports Massage & Wellness Services @ Punggol (Always wanted to but he stopped, but now it's back but i scared cause he sounds fierce haha)

There's some semblance of a hamstring massage, but it's execution is poor. I don't know what all this random pinching is for. What are you trying to squeeze out? Talent? Satisfaction? And if you need to open my leg wider to reach my inner thigh, then open it. Decisively. Don't be so half hearted. And this also Ends with the same clapping/cupping/slapping motion from before. Again, 2 min too long. 

 

But the worst was the back massage. Good lord what do you think you're trying to achieve with those strokes, each of which moves SO FUCKING SLOWLY when it can technically be over and done with in half the time. What is happening? And why are you doing it 4 times ON EACH SIDE without any sort of variation? Who taught you this? Which massage teacher taught you this? Of course the back also ends with that same clapping/cupping/slapping motion from before. Again, 2 min too long. 

 

Look, I don't care that the massage bed is in the living room facing the door. I don't even care that for a place with zero sensuality, you can't even be bothered to cover me with a full towel when my body is exposed to the cold. I don't even care that you allow ppl to shower before but you only give them a small tiny towel that could probably only dry a cat. I don't even care that you don't have hooks for me to hang my clothes on. I also understand that you want customers to wear the mask during the massage even when we're laying face down and it's fucking uncomfortable. I get it. 

 

But at least get the massage portion right. He will ask you to turn over only to just massage your arms with the same redundant pinches, strokes, and of course his signature clapping/cupping/slapping motion  to top it all off. And why are you using so little oil? Honey, friction hurts. 

 

And then, the massage ends.

 

No chest massage. No stomach massage. No thigh. No feet. No glutes. That's all. I paid 100 dollars for this? He advertises a FULL BODY MASSAGE. If this was supposed to be some lactic discharge nonsense, say so. And if you dare have the nerve and audacity to advertise in a gay forum, at least make it a bit more sensual. No ones asking you to blow your client or jerk them off. Sensual strokes is the art of giving and taking. Of which Junkai fails.

 

I've never felt so angry or so bored in the many years I've had massages from ppl bw. I hope junkai has a full time job because with his performance as a masseurs, all he will get are curious customers, not repeat clients.

 

I left wishing I had gone to my usual Hougang masseuse instead. Or Robin. Or Mr m at teban. Anyone else will do. I wish I can give Junkai advice to improve, but I sincerely think you should put this new endeavour on pause, visit the OGs from BW the kind of massage you want to give (There's Dylan, there's Andy from bedok I think) and do your homework. Rebrand, restart, and do better lah. 

 

I'm not saying ppl shouldn't go, and at the off chance that ppl think my review is just rhetoric, I suppose if you have one hundred of the dollars to spare somewhere, you can try his service for yrself. I hope at least you have a better experience than me.
