Guest of Honour Posted May 1, 2017 Report Share Posted May 1, 2017 have u done incline bench press and chest cable workouts? inclince bench press focus on upper chest, so tat the upper chest wont be sunken (imagine the top part of chest is flat but the middle/lower is full), overall of the chest would be better looking. the cable workout focus on the middle line. hope this helps!
