Anybody knows how to avoid that happening? I think like all other sports, need to build strength with practice and then just try. if really painful, then clear sign to stop. I myself do crossfit which a lot of people say injury prone. but i have not gotten injuried for past 5 years. maybe sprained muscle here and there but less than 5 times. never try, never know.
