Yes that can happen depending on circumstances. It can happen even to the most experienced person. I can go into many examples but important things is not panic. My latest additions. Left of my hand is a replacement for another similar dildo size which I use as my introduction once I am ready to 'startup' Replace a bad one that I bought which is a mechanical battery operated thruster dildo.
