Probably just going to take a look; was there last year and did the same.

 

Yeah its more fun to go with friends as thats when weather starts to become quite warm!  ;)

Hey all

 

New to this site.... I'll be going to Japan during May 2015. Will be in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka....

 

Great to meet any locals or fellow travellers around my age who want to get a drink or something (I've heard that Shinjuku is a worthwhile place to visit in Tokyo as is 24 kaikan.... thoughts?)

In a few weeks the weather in Okinawa will be perfect for swimming/diving/snorkelling. If you have time, go to Miyako Jima as well, even more beautiful ^^

Hello there, I'm going to Sapporo at the end of April with my family and am going to visit some public baths/ hot springs around, one of them being the one near the airport on my last day.

I know it's etiquette, but is there any possibility of getting a quick one with a cute twink at these places? without visiting saunas?

Was at Ageha last weekend! Awesome lighting and music as always.  :thumb: 

The coming one will be in May 2 which will be a 3-night event Yay! I also recommend Glamorous party which happens every 2-3 months, much more cosy but just as fun at Shangrila. Hope to welcome u guys in Tokyo <3

Going Tokyo next week..any recommendation of Sauna that is foreigner friendly with good quality guys like Cruise club /aniki / hutong and Sauna mania. I tried 24 Niju Kaikan, it was not very good and most guys are out shape.

Wanted to try Grips but couldn't get inside. So i am hoping to find one that is good.

Generally in Japan, the bigger the facility is, the older it is. Between two stools one falls to the ground.

How about BodyBreath in Shinjuku?

You mention there will be another event on May 2nd , any info on it and how to get there ?

I shall be in Tokyo during this period .

Will it be recommended for mid 40 something year old guys and not a hunk ? :)

Failing which can you recommend venues for bears and more mature crowds in Tokyo other than the usual ones ?

I'm not sure if this is the right question to ask in this forum, but is it advisable to travel to Tokyo and Kyoto during May? I read that it is between peak seasons of April and June for tourists but does it also mean that there is nothing happening during this month?

Hi there! Its very easy to walk from Shin-Kiba station, or you can catch free shuttle bus from Shibuya (Hikarie building) or Shinjuku (near the bars).

I don't think being in 40s is a problem, as you see some of the dancers were actually bear-ish hunks that cater to different crowds at the same night.
