that "straight" man who had asked me to wait for him finnally gave me an answer last saturday -- 5 years after i fell in love with him......

to not a bystander: it's a fact that a lot of people out there who are married and have gay affairs. It is not up to us to judge if it is right or not. My friend may not have the legal friend to beat u his lover who exposed him but he certainly has a right to beat up someone who utterly destroyed his life. Put your self in his shoes. If someone telltale about your gay orientation to your family and orkplace, you mean u will just walk away. There is no anger? No Frustrations? So what is he suppose to do legally and work around it? Sue the lover for deframation? Sue the lover for destroying his life? The law makes no exceptions for PLU. There is nothing he could do legally.

So u feel that the lover should have told the truth. Even at the extend of a broken family and someone losing everything? or having a wife commit suicide? How selfish is that lover! Loving someone does not mean totally possession. Just in case u still do not realise, loving someone means making him happy, not make yourself happy. Sometimes you have to lie in order not to hurt someone.

I have some married friends who are gay. Occasionally, the may indulged in some gay sex. It is not up to me to say if what they do is right or wrong. That is up to themselves, their wife and children to judge. Most of them are not bad persons. they lo e their kids and wives but it is just that sometimes they have a itch.

I would like to clarify on an earlier posting regarding the legal age of consent for sex in Europe.

The twins, a boy and a girl, are due to be born next month to a surrogate American mum. Wealthy businessmen Barry Drewitt, 30, and Tony Barlow, 35, from Chelmsford, can both become the legal parents of the babies, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled.

Mr Drewitt and Mr Barlow plan to fly to the US for the birth of the babies. The ruling is the first of its kind involving a European surrogacy,although two fathers have been named in a handful of American cases.

Previously, only the biological father has been named on the birth certificate as the legal father, with the surrogate named as the legal mother.

A second "father" could be named later only as a "second parent". The US ruling means the partner who is not the biological father will also have his name on the original certificate, which will be legally binding in England.
