It affects energy levels, which really messes up my day. try more Whole Foods. I personally like fried/roast chicken. Don't think so much about it, eat foods that give you more nutrients. Just as loosing weight requires a calorie deficit, gaining weight requires caloric surplus. If you take in more calories than you use, the extra calories will be stored and you gain weight. LeanMature Posted September 28, 2017 Report Share Posted September 28, 2017 Look at those over-sized westerners, mainly the result of eating fast food (or junk food) too often, like fries, fried chicken, cheese, coke, etc. A lot of trans fats which are not easy to burn.
