vincent_ng
You are referring to those 6 packs pad or workout in gym with ems suit? If it is the latter, I hv been training with it 2 years ago. I have to say it is mostly suitable for lazy people like me. And I can see my muscles growing at a slow pace though since I only train at most once per week. The PT said I hv to increase my workout frequency if I want to see better and fast results. vincent_ng
They claimed that you just need 20 mins of workout wearing the ems suit. So far i do feel muscle ache the next few days n the muscles are growing. They also provide trial sessions which cost $30 per trial. But if you sign up their package after the trial, the trial will be foc.
