One friend said you have to attend to understand it and she wouldn't explain further. 2 friends, after attending the course, swore by it. Said it has transformed their lives. They even came out of the closet to the team (strangers) And one of them still remained friends with the team. The basic level is quite demanding in terms of attitude, interpersonal, cooperation aspects. The advance is even more exhilarating, lots of tears, bonding and I almost fell for my buddy.
