Hi guys,

 

sadly as my dearest housemate is moving out ahead of time, we have vacancy here for short term rental, available from next week onwards (24th May) till 3rd Sept

 

It's a HUGE master bedroom with a twin bed, attached bathroom, and build-in wardrobe.

 

you'll be sharing the space with me and another gay dude who mostly isn't around except to use the place for sleeping and showering in his own room. 

 

nearby amenities are:

1. foodie market place for cheap beef and frozen meats

2. outram mrt 300m away, 6 mins walk (not more than 7mins)

3. tiong bahru market for food and grocery needs (3 mins walk)

4. nearby cafe's / bakeries such as Creamier at Yong Siak, Tiong Bahru Bakery,  Drips, Chapter 55, Galicier 

5. tiong bahru plaza and great world city are both 2 bus stops away

6. direct buses to CBD, bugis, orchard.

 

we're very open minded (pls read btwn the lines), and sometimes i'll walk around topless or come out of the shower without towel (used to it), not meaning to scare you, but just in case you're someone who's on the shyer side, a gentle foreword XD and do ignore my activity noises : p

 

and for anyone who's looking for a few days to a week's stay, it can be negotiable as well. (towels and clean sheets will be provided : p)

 

currently asking for $1100 + $60 for utilities and fiber internet, but price is highly negotiable.
