shyc
Some tips to note in boiling your eggs. 1. Make sure the water IS BOILING before placing eggs in. 2. Make sure your eggs are from the fridge and NOT room temperature eggs. 3. Only START counting after eggs are place in water. Timing is crucial and depend on size of eggs. Under cook, egg white will not set, over cook egg yolk will not be runny. 4. Once the timing is up, IMMEDIATELY place into ice water. Making sure it is enough for the amount of eggs you are cooking. i.e. the water remain cold after you place your hot eggs. Let it sit in water for few minutes to cool completely and stop the cooking process. 5. Peeling egg shell in the water make it a little easier.
