Different machine different reading and i try 2 machine before and it is always around 3% difference so i guess just take the more expansive machine reading is correct lol

As per FF machine, taking with pinch of salt

Fat:

Apri 18 - 22%

Dec 18 -16%

 

Musc:

April 18: 49kg

dec 18: 56kg

 

Yes, you will lose fat with bodyweight workouts. I find with bodybuilding. your new muscles help burn faster then cardio. 

Current routine: circuit - with 10kg weight, 50 pushup, 1 min plank, resistance band, situp , then 2 mins treadmill. repeat for 1hr on most days. Pool dip after.

I don't fast for now.. maybe later as I am trying to build muscles. I usually dont eat junk now and only during my 4 to 5 meals timing.

Great job romeo! I went from 18 to 15 as well last year

 

but seems to maintain at 15%... not sure not to push it to 12%

oh dear, i think it is abit too much fats for 20-24%

I have seen writings on this. Sometimes it will remain stagnant. As long as less then a mth, i think can keep going on and fat los should continue.:thumb:

hi guys, my highest ever body fats  that i ever have, i estimate should be more than 20%.. my recorded body fats  17.4%      my current body fat % is    is  10.7

5-7% bodyfat calipers (digital) the very best is 3% measure by the Fitness Instructor (my ex colleague. I do work in the gym environment before 🤫😏) using the InBody haha he was shock and look blushing haha (he is muscular with bodyfats)

haha embrace the progress i guess. im aiming for 10%... now around 14-15%.
