Also water keep getting into my ear and I can't really do freestyle without ear plugs. I wonder is it just my angle is turned incorrectly or what too. You get vitamin d which is boosts male hormones and immunity . And I think nowadays the pools all added more chlorine to it. I can smell and sense the saltier water...
