Both the scallop and tofu were soft, so it's 1 homogenous texture, except that the scallop got a bit more resistance. The garnish at the top was supposed to be fried onions, but the taste wasn't there. Sauce wasn't that fantastic either. You can find these in Chinese eateries that have a whiff of PRC origins. It was sold as a "cold salad". Not very fantastic/original, imo.
