Instead of doing crazy things with your urethra as a young person, risking infections and what not,

why don't you wait until you are an old man,  and perhaps if you get an enlarged prostate that interferes with your peeing,

you may have to insert or have inserted a sonde or catheter  to be able to empty your bladder.

 

If you definitely cannot live without your fetish,

you can always tie a microphone to your dick and wear a portable amplifier with speakers,

I used metal Korean chopsticks. Not the flat ones, but those round smooth ones without any markings on the surface. Boil in hot water and sterilise again with rubbing alcohol. Rinse and insert VERY SLOWLY WITH LOTS OF LUBE. Pee hole will get bigger and you will feel a burning sensation after the session becuase the urethra got stretched. It goes away in about half an hour. Not sure what's your definition of better pee flow. The pee stream is bigger becuse the pee tube is sightly stretched. If the original bad pee flow is related to bladder or prostate problems, souding the urethra will not help.

Yup, good advice. That's what i did also. The first time I tried it, it wasn't my thing. However, when I didn't have any room mates, I tried it again. And it kinda grew on me. Frequent urination could be a sign of urinary tract infection.

Do make sure your sounding equipments are sterilized prior to performing sounding.
