You can try the Queenstown Water Polo Club. They will teach you from scratch if you have no experience with the game before. I got this from their FAQ: Q: Are there any pre-requisites before I can start playing water polo? A: No skills are required. Since water polo is primarily a swimming game, those who are unable to swim will be given swimming lessons first. Hence, do be patient with us as water polo skills may be taught at a later stage. Q: What sets you apart from other schools? A: Our dedicated coaches and staff. We work towards instilling proper water polo techniques to our students in fun and exciting learning environment. Our programs are designed base on best practices from leading water polo nations tailored according to age groups and physical abilities. Q: What about your coaches? Are they trained? All our coaches are accredited with Singapore Swimming Association and Singapore Sports Council. Most of them were ex-international players who have competed at high-level tournaments. Above all, we have very passionate and responsible coaches on our team. Sounds pretty decent.
